Wondering if this legal:

Opponent 1 has V Mandarin and V Bullseye nearby one another
Opponent 2 has She-Hulk 12 squares away

Opponent 1's Mandarin Mind Controls She-Hulk 8 spaces forward, Outwits her Invulnerability and then Bullseye fires her for 3 with his RCE

Looks legal to me. Outwit can be done anytime during your turn (except for during an action).

Any particular reasons why you think it wouldn't be legal?

She-hulk moves
She-Hulk ends turn. Token assigned
V-Mandarin ends turn. Token assigned.
V-Mandarin Outwits She-Hulk
V-Bullseye attacks.

Legal as can be.

I agree. Sounds completely legal to me. I've used this combo several times with Prof X and Cyclops.
