DC Golden Age Expansion?

I did a similar one in Marvel so I thought I would try one here.

RULES FIRST
1) This is for DC characters ONLY. I can't stress this enough, I did one for marvel and people kept posting DC charcters. DC ONLY!
2) This is for characters in the DC universe who lived during WWII. Not characters whose comics were out during WWII.
3) If posts contain characters not already mentioned I'll add them to the top (if you can please post a little info my DC knowledge is limited and I would like to try to verify them).

CHARACTERS

Sgt. Rock(character) and Company(possibly generics)
Jeb Stuart and the Haunted Tank (Large or Mounted figure)
