DC Golden Age Expansion (Second Try)

I did a similar one in Marvel so I thought I would try one here.

RULES FIRST
1) This is for DC characters ONLY. I can't stress this enough, I did one for marvel and people kept posting DC charcters. DC ONLY!
2) This is for characters in the DC universe who lived during WWII. Not characters whose comics were out during WWII.
3) If posts contain characters not already mentioned I'll add them to the top (if you can please post a little info my DC knowledge is limited and I would like to try to verify them).

As far as I'm concerned, there are only a few Golden Age character popular enough to make.

Of course there is Jay Garrack Flash and Solomon Grundy, as well as:
Alan Scott Green Lantern (now Sentinel)= JSA's powerhouse. Arguably the most powerful Green Lantern.

Wildcat= a prized boxer and member of the JSA

Hippolyta= Wonder Woman's mom, with increased strength, speed, and stamina, possibly a Unique.

Ultra Humanite= mad scientist who switched his brains into others bodies, inlcuding an albino ape.

I know dc owns the shazam family, but do they own all those old enemies too aka captain nazi,

Yes. Captain Nazi appeared in the AllStar Squadron, as well as the Power of Shazam series from the early 90's.

I'll second all the characters on Jaythor's lists.

Some others to consider:

Aquaman in his original costume;
Hawkman with his original mask;
Hawkgirl (not Hawkwoman);
Dr. Midnite;
Luthor, either as a skinny redhead or a fat bald man;
Batman, in his original costume;
Superman with the short cape, funky "S," and now flight base, just Leap/Climb;

I'm sure I'll think of more later.
