I'm just starting to get into Pathfinder myself, so this is pretty exciting! :classic:

I saw this and wonder where that leaves Reaper.
I don't know much, but I don't think that their pre-painted plastics sold that well, but they had been doing metal minis for Paizo.
I wonder if Paizo is exclusive with Wizkids now and they will only make the plastics or if they will continue with Reaper also.
Not that it impacts me much. I do not play Pathfinder or D&D, and my miniature painting days are seemingly behind me, but it is something that I am curious about.

Reaper's pre-paints do fine, they just are very slow putting them out. They look great though. I just got a bunch in the mail today.
It doesn't effect Reaper at all. This is just for use with a basic starter set. This was on Paizo's boards and a few other places. Reaper still makes the metal ones.

As i eagerly await this arrival, i have to be upset with wizkids stating that could be a one shot effort. how do wizkids expect ppl to want more of yjis if they are basing any future sets on pre orders?
really,wizkids... really?
how's this:
most D&Ders / Pathfinders are seriously jonesing for ANY new plactic pre painted since Wizards of the Coast bailed on them, so you could easily step into that void. (and given your recent ove extention into other properties. this is a safe bet.take it)
and no, using the cost of oil and plastic excuse is null and void will all your recent (and future) brandings.

i agree, they do, i just hope they're consistant in quality, not just the demos.
Giving this thread a bump.
Curious if more info, such as a setlist or more pictures have been released.
Very interested in this, but have to see more before I commit to a $300 case.
