Perplex/Outwit?

Wanted to play with an old friend for a long time.. Bigest problem we had was Perplex/Outwit issues... How is this resolved?

Hey there. Firstly I would post this in the Rules of Combat to try to find an answer. And secondly your question isn't very clear as to what the issue is. Try posting over there, and be more in depth with what the issue is that you're having. Also, I'd try using the search function to see if it's something that has already been answered before.
