Marvelmaster11: Armored Spidey wouldn't have a Higher defense, He would be the same but he would have invulnerability for a little then toughness. This is because the suit doesn't make him harder to hit, the suit just lets him take less damage from an attack.

Bizarrome: Man-Spider wouldn't have shapechange. that's mainly for Shape shifters so they change what they look like to avoid an attack. So you wouldn't go "OK, I'm gonna attack man-spider, no wait he's just a normal spider, nevermind." All the other powers you said sounds right though. He would also have to have Battle Fury because you couldn't carry a crazed monster or mind control it, hence the vampire lackey.

and I like that idea of the Swinging Spider-Man on the flightbase. That would look very impressive with his arms up holding the web, his feet together, stuck out forwards and a little lug hanging out his bum to plug him into the stand. It could be nicknamed the "Pooh Pooh Spider-Man".

Cosmic Spider-man.

The one who got granted all of these cool powers by the Enigma Force so he could battle the giant, robotic, Tri-Sentinel. He was supposedly the strongest super hero in the Marvel universe at the time. He was able to fly, had unlimited strength and could shape his webbing into any shape just by thinking about it. Of course once the Tri-Sentinel was defeated the powers left.

For those of you fellow heroclix people who dont know the story of bag man here it is. In Amazing Spider-Man #258, Spider-Man heads around to the Fantastic Four building, so that Reed Richards can have a look at his new black costume, which has been acting a bit strangely.
When it turns out to be an alien symbiote, they remove it post-haste, leaving Peter with nothing to protect his secret identity. Johnny Storm kindly finds a Fantastic Four, but of course, the FF don't have much use for masks, and so they have to improvise! That is where the bag comes in

What about the Slingers costumes? There's plenty of abilities to toss around for each:

Ricochet: Leap/Climb, RCE, Incapacitate (different kinds of disks to throw)
Prodigy: Leap/Climb, Willpower (the whole "classic hero" persona), Toughness (his armor)
Hornet: flying
Dusk: Leap/Climb, Stealth, Smoke Cloud, Poison

My actual preferences: Battle-ravaged, and Peter Parker.

My attempts to be original:
Half-symbiote - He's wearing the black outfit, but fighting against it. So it's only covering half his body. Visually interesting, but hard to do powers for.

Fantastic Spider - From the What If? where he joined the FF early on. Give him the team ability, too.

Spider-Girl - Would probably count for the "must have a Spider-Man in every set" rule.

"Worried About Aunt May's Health" Spider-Man - Pose would be thoughtful and concerned, stats would be lower than normal.

Ultimate Spider-Man - A unique with numbers similar to the Rookie, but with powers closer to the Xp Spidey. And maybe a touch of Perplex since he's good with the mid-battle mockery - see Doc Ock for an example.
