Say I am using The Flash.... who has Hypersonic Speed..... so I am standing right beside an opponent who has super senses.. I use my Hypersonic Speed to attack more then once as long as I roll higher..... Now would my opponent have to roll for her super sense (5-6 for the attack to miss) everytime I would attack with the Flash or would my opponent just roll once too see if the whole attack misses or hits?
You will complete your Hypersonic Speed multi-hit attack....
After you have done what you needed to do..
then the defender will roll Super Senses.
Your opponent justs roll once to see if the whole attack misses or hits.

I would liken this situation to Flurry. Each attack roll gets a chance to be avoided by Super Senses. Just as each attack roll is effected by Knockback.

The situations aren't analogous, though.
In HSS, each roll eventually does total up to one greater attack, and there is even a stipulation that damage resolution occurs at the end, so defensive powers apply to the HSS chain as a whole.
In Flurry, you are using one action to make 2 entirely independent attacks, the first of which resolves before the second can begin, and so defensive powers and the like apply to each attack separately.
A Hypersonic speed close combat attack is considered one attack so as Tsannik said they would roll for supersenses after you declare an end to the attack, miss, roll snake eyes or knockback occurs.

From the PAC on Hypersonic Speed:
"...Each additional attack after the first..."
From the PAC on Super Senses:
"When this character is successfully hit by an attack...."
I think we are confusing an action and an attack. The HS multi attack option is a single action with multiple attacks resolved with seperate die rolls to hit and seperate effects. If each attack roll has the chance to cause knockback, I don't understand why each attack roll doesn't have the chance to be dodged.
Despite the posts of others, I stand by my ruling (unless someone from WK specifically says otherwise after reading my position)
Chapeau, who is as official as it comes has said that Super Senses is saved until the end. Although HSS attack is made up of several "attacks" it is still just one attack.
Not only that, the FAQ states for Hypersonic Speed "A Hypersonic Speed attack is one attack. All damage occurs simultaneously in total at the end of the attack".

Thats a good question, what about this one:
How does SSS work with carrying. I was playing my brother last night and he had Wolverine B2B with my Aquaman. Could I have flown in OWAW Superman, come B2B with Aquaman and Wolverine, make an attack on Wolverine and then with my remaining movementpick up Aquaman an fly away?
A flying figure with Hypersonic Speed cannot attack during the turn that he will also carry another friendly figure.
Not only that but Supes wouldn't have started the turn adjacent to the character he wanted to pick up so he couldn't pick him up even if he weren't making the attack.
