can anyone give me a hand in explaining the simplest way to past a pic, (cut and paste dont seem to work) i did a few lame repaints and new char and such. and at least would like to show them after the work i put into them, thanks.

You have to have a host for your picture, then link to it.
I use my ISP server, but you can get one for free on the net.

I can't help you as to which ones are better.
But I know most of the free ones have some serious banwidth limitations.

Yahoo photos works for most.
