Do we have a forum where we can talk to a "mod" someone that will listen?
Because its too often that something comes up and you get thrown under a bus. Then you take it and live with your punishment. I wish there was a forum or something unless there is and please someone send me a link.
I feel I can't debate an issue with anyone without getting unheard or punished. What about listening to both sides of a story?

Its ok to be rude and mean to someone I guess. But if you post something when you think its ok, an honest mistake your not only in the wrong but punished without warning.
I thought I read all the rules on selling heroclix, but I honestly missed the other posts. But I guess its ok to embarrass someone.
Just very disappointing, trying to help out people and I only hurt myself.

In my nearly 20 years on the Interwebses, I've come to learn that "Freedom of speech" on message boards is whatever the mods and admins say it is.
Its definition also changes from mod to mod, admin to admin, and from day to day.
You must also realize that "Freedom of Speech" means something quite different to mods and admins when they address a comment to you than it does when you address a comment to them.
That's just the way it is.

I posted links to a video that has all the heroclix im selling on ebay. Then I posted the link to my ebay page!
I read the rules that I thought I needed too. I posted the thread on the correct forum. But I was told by a rude user that I was not allowed to post ebay stuff. I then received the link to the exact rule I missed and he was correct. I was respectful the whole time and said I would take it down. While this was going down I did take off the link to ebay but left the link to the video, youtube video.
Before I could do much about it I got an infraction! I was not given a warning by a mod. I guess I dont deserve one. And I posted many times saying It was an honest mistake, I would take it down.
Whatever its just frustrating.

I know and this is why I'm frustrated. It's like I'm god look what I can do. I don't want to hear sides this is the ruling and I don't care what you have to say for yourself. Which I feel is kinda lame. If I truely tried to break a rule on purpose then I can see that.

Learned a lesson!! Just read the rules fully! On whatever it is, I'm moving on from this subject it just put me in a bad mood for that last hour or so.
It can happen, but there's little use in dwelling on it.
I've never had a run-in with a mod over anything, at least that I can recall, but I've butted heads with other members from time to time. Sometimes taking a break for a little while can help, and then choosing which threads to drop into becomes important.
Learning when to let a subject drop is an essential messageboard/Internet/Life & relationship skill. If one allows who gets the last word on a matter to be important you may as well either become a hermit or seek medication now, because life doesn't play by those rules, some people seem to live to find others' vulnerabilities and some of those people have more time on their hands than the rest of us. ;)

Just so we're clear on this..."freedom of speech" does not apply to privately owned message board forums. This board is owned and operated by Typhon, a private citizen. As such, you do NOT have freedom to say (post) whatever you like here. Your right to free speech only guarantees you freedom from governmental interference.
Not aiming this at the OP in particular, just making a point that I see so often misunderstood on the internet.

or just remember that infractions mean nothing on a site where you can create another account

Or, more properly, that they mean nothing in the grand scheme of things. The Internet ain't real life. It ain't even a decent approximation.

So true. I have to say though (at the risk of getting punished) that this is one of the whiniest websites I frequent. It's also one of the worst when it comes to being censored unfairly.
I stick around cuz I love the game, and this site was what kept a lot of people going for the dead year in clix...
But DAMN, there are some serious speech issues here. Fortunately a few of the truly RUDE mods are gone now.

Rep for actually understanding how the first amendment works.

I really hope you're not suggesting that the solution to receiving infractions is to create another account, because that would also be a violation of forum rules and could lead to both accounts being permanently banned.

This statement is true if we also apply it to the entire interwebz.

Agreed. Seconded.

I thought this was the case, but wasn't quite sure. Good to remember, though.

And with that insult, I don't know if it was meant toward me or not, I will close this. If you have a problem with a mod then PM them and sort out the issues.
If you want to hear some "whining" ask a mod how much #### they have to put up with compared to how much they are paid.
