For some reason I am no longer getting emails that I have received new PM's. I still have that option checked in my user control panel, but for some reason its not working. This started the same time I did the $5 subscription to remove adds. I have no idea why that would effect the emails but I would like to get it fixed if possible.

I'm having the same problem although I haven't changed my subscription at all. I imagine there are more people with this issue.

Perhaps it's the same issue that's preventing folk from attaching images as well? :confused:

It looks like you don't have a subscription. My assumption is that the subscription is over or if you renewed it, it has not gone through.

Well adds are gone and I have a PayPal receipt for $5 so it appears something is wrong on your end. At any rate that really should effect me getting PM email notifications.

hey its seems to have been fixed. Thanks to whoever fixed it for me.

Typhon said it was a HDD space issue that caused the problems.
:)

Also when is the expiration date of your donation? We can look into that as needed.

just signed up for the no adds donation 6/10, so I should be good for awhile ;)

It happened to me too. But Im not sure if is because my subcription run out already.

How I can know when my premium acount was suposed to run out?

easy, click the donate button, and it'll tell you active subscriptions. It lists there when it expires. But it doesn't look like you've got any active ones. So you may need to check paypal and see when you made the payment.
