I'd like to make a sticky saying what characters have what powers to make it easier for players to have a quick refrence if they need a certain power on their team. Do you contact a mod, or what?

yes you would contact a mod. Although I fail to see how what you are suggesting is any different than the units section.

What Phantalien didn't really expand upon was that you can use the UNITS section to do a search by power...and many other criteria. It is an awesome tool. Check it out sometime.
