OK, folks, I've got a tournament coming up (my first), and the team points will be decided by you and your opponent. Thus, I have to come up with two teams. How do y'all think I'll fare with these:

200pt team:

V Herc
E White Queen
R Invisible Girl

300pt team:

V Herc
R White Queen
R Invisible Girl
R Black Panther
E Logan
V Black Cat

you have one major problem. you lack fliers hence you lose out on mobility. I can almost gurantee you that people will use firelord. So to stand a chance against them is either u use bullseye, MC like moondragon or join the group of people using firelord. i know is cheesy but if u cant beat it use it. The best against firelord is firelord itself. Fight fire with fire.

My 200 pt team firelord:

exp firelord
vet doombot
exp panther
rookie witch
vet shield medic

My normal 200 pts herc team:

exp herc
vet bullseye
vet doombot
exp quicksilver
rookie hydra medic
rookie vulture


This team is not bad. you can use doombot to mimic attack 11 of bullseye when u are adj to him. This way EE will be very effectively. Or u can just range for a dmg of 2. The wildcard team ability means u can also taxi bullseye for free using the avengers team ability. A total of range 18 for bullseye.

Use rookie vulture to taxi herc to do great dmg. A potential 6 with obj. Leadership from doombot means you can snipe with bullseye and herc attack in the same turn for a whooping 9 dmg. Lastly exp quicksilver is used to B2B any enemy range pieces.

Forgot to mention that I'd REALLY like to do this without Firelord. I know he's a great fig, and legal to use, but it just seems so cheap.

That said, here was my intent. Herc is a great fig for the points, with lots of beat-down without being as expensive as Hulk or Thing. White Queen is there to MC Firelord or whoever the leader is, with Invis. Girl there to keep WQ alive.

For the 300pt team, I added Logan (great for the points, with BCF and Flurry), BP for Outwit, and Cat for Probablility fiddling.

I realized I had no flight, which wasn't intentional, but I think if I take out their fliers quickly it could work.
