I hope that the figures total make up change. My big problem with the current set is that so many characters have extra clix of low stats and no powers just tacked on for no good reason. And although I am looking for a few figures, I doubt I'll collect the whole set if it is going to be anything like the last set, there were just so many figs I didn't care about.

I've gotta disagree on this one. CCE represents two different things - masters of hand-to-hand combat, like Batman, or, as is the case for Superman, people whose hand-to-hand attacks do more damage than their ranged attacks. Superman punching someone should cause more damage than his heat vision, and CCE is the way to do that within the game mechanics.

Yeah but unless its cheaper than straight damage I would keep it like that. We need to reduce his costs and he charges for almost all his attacks in the comics. I think his range should be less but his move should be 12 with charge. To show how he uses his H2H more than his range. Range=6 .
yay! more heroclix goodies. :p I vote Cheetah for WW AE. And hello! it's not going to be Mr. Fantastic or Dr. Doom from Marvel. Silly people, don't they know legally DC and Marvel can't mix.

Now that I know that we will have wonder woman let me move to my other questions: is Lobo there? (I WANT LOBO) And what about the uniques? What will we get?
yeah, yeah, yeah. who has the list? ;)

Just looked through Diamond's new Previews catalog and they have better pictures of the pieces. No new pieces but it looks like Bizarro is a Unique. Just thought I'd mention it.
Annoying that Cassandra Cain is a unique when the Barbara Gordon should be unique and Cain an R/E/V like they did with Catwoman and Flash. Personally, I can't stand Barbara Gordon and hate that a version of Batgirl not seen in ten years will get to be the R/E/V.
I just hope they get her stats right. Since Hypertime seemed to be designed by watching Challenge of the Superfriends and Justice League, I wouldn't get my hopes up.
Logically, she'd have Flurry, Incapacitate, Super-Senses, and CCE. If they stat her like the old Batgirl would be (As a Robin variant.) I'll swear off Heroclix forever. She shouldn't have Outwit because her idea of outwitting someone is to pound their skull into the pavement until they're witless.
I've liked the direction the comic is taking lately. I doubt she'll be as bad as Spoiler, but my main problem with her comic in the past is that the creative team seems to be desperately wanting to do a Vertigo book instead. She'd be such a cool character if they stopped drawing her off-model and let her be a hero once in a while.
90% of the Batgirl storylines are: Batgirl tries to save someone, watches as they die horribly right in front of her.
I hope Cassie Sandsmark and Kon-El both make an appearance. Wondergirl would essentially be a cheaper version of Superman without lasers and with Toughness instead of Impervious. Superboy having a 0 range and the Superman TA won't be bad, as he'll have Telekinesis instead of Super Strength. (Tactile Telekinesis is still Telekinesis.)
One has to wonder if they were waiting for Young Justice and Titans to get rolled together into the Teen Titans and Outsiders before they would start releasing them as figs.
If they were gonna have a young superheroine as a Unique, Empress from Young Justice would be a more appropriate choice. Mind Control, Phasing, and B/C/F.

First...With impervious who needs invulnerability.
second... Why do people like marvel SO MUCH? i mean yeah its cool and all but I prefer dc myself. In the tournaments where i live, the only dc tourneys they do are because they have to. I am a true DC loyalist and will never change. Even if everyone else only plays marvel. However that does leave fear that if no one is playing dc than wouldnt they stop production? oh well On with cosmic justice!!!!!
Down with the ship BABY!!!

Impervious doesn't affect damaging effects where the character is not specifically a target, like Poison or splash damage from EE, for one.

Hey anyone who says that Marvel is better should just look at Superman. That mini is great. Add to that Batman the first mini to have Willpower. Personally, I think DC got some of the best powers and abilites.

Hear, hear. I have nothing against Marvel, but it's the next DC set I'm really looking forward to. I was kind of intrigued by Xplosion, but then the week before we got the Cosmic Justice preview and heck, Xplosion just wasn't doing anything for me any more.

Yeah Superman is cool even if he is hard to use. I mean the veteran is like 219 points. on 300 point team? However I am anxious(yeah i know its spelled wrong) to try out a team with him. Although my favorite piece happens to be... You guessed it! Sinestro. I mean he could be useful in any team.
For threatening as well as damage. However i can just imagine playing a 600 point team. 6 Sinestros...*drools*...

If we do get REV Batgirl I hope its a REV Oracle. the sculpt of her sitting in her wheel chair with her old Costume on her lap holding it by the neck w/ her right hand w/ her left on her forehead & a computer screen to the side. Coolness it would be. That way her R is equal to E robin & has bats team, E is Oracle (birds of prey) no team, V JLA (w/ lots of Outwit).

Superman? Where? I thought they left him out of that set, and put in a sucky piece of #### with his name on it. Superman doing 2 clicks of damage, and not 4 on EVERY VERSION? That ain't no Superman I know.
I am a HeroClix player. I don't care who they make. Comics wise, I prefer Marvel. Why? Believe it or not I have a legitimate answer. Most of the characters that HAPPEN to be my favorites also HAPPEN to be Marvel characters. DC has Flash, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, "The Big Red Cheese" and Superman. Favorites all. Past that, i can live without DC. Not to say I don't like Dc, but I prefer Marvel.

I will be the first to admit that some of the Marvel characters have more of a mass appeal. For example Spiderman and the X-Men. But when it comes to Heroclix I still say that DC got some of the better powers. Like Willpower, hypersonic speed and perplex. I mean it wasn't until the lastest set of Marvel that any one got that power DC had from the start. I know it doesn't seem like much but I used in several battles and it has proven to be effective. So say what you like but I still believe that DC is the better set so far.
