Which one of these 4 Minions of Doom armies is the best (400 pts)?

I'm working on a 400 pt Minions of Doom army. I've come up with 4 variations on basically the same team and can't decide which one to use for a tourney this weekend (if any). Please let me know which of the following looks the best to you:

Red Skull U
Annihilus V
Doombot E
Dr.Doom R
Puppet Master V
A.I.M. Medic R
A.I.M. Medic E (or Hydra Medic V)

The main differences are Ultron E vs. Annihilus V (I'm kind of leaning towards Ulton for EE), Red Skull U & Doombot E vs. Elektra U & Doombot V (no preference as long as I have Leadership in there), & 6 vs. 7 characters (the extras are medics in both cases, but usually weaker).

I'm NOT looking to make any changes to any of these teams, just pick out the best one. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I would either stick with 1 or 3.

Economy of moves. For a 400 pt game, you need as many figs as possible to avoid wasting moves.

Using Shields with (E) Ultron is best to maximize his EE damage, but it's up to you. Since your team is Doom based, then stick with one of those two.

I've posted this elsewhere besides here & so far it's 1&1/2 votes for #1, 0 for #2, 3&1/2 for #3 & 1 for #4. My 3rd team's in the lead but it's hardly decisive.

If I could have fit Elektra U & Ultron U on a team w/ 2 medics without downgrades or losing anybody that would have been my choice.

Some folks have suggested replacing my medics with S.H.I.E.L.D.'s. I've found that whenever I use them for their team ability I soon need to push them when I need a medic. Besides, a big part of my strategy for this team relies on V Puppet Master & his attack must succeed - the Hydra team ability will help him more than S.H.I.E.L.D.'s.

I'll be honest with you. I don't think any of these teams would work very well. There are too many MoD team members and not enough of other teams. I would try to put a SHIELD, Avengers or Brotherhood, or Sinister Syndicate in there. The Elektra is useless for MoD and Puppet Master is just useless. I would opt for a V Scarlet Witch for the avengers ability and Probability control. I would look at using a character like E Doc Ock instead of Elektra. He has the SS ability and he has willpower. Just a couple of suggestions. But you definitely have too many MoD characters and characters that don't mesh well with them."A man without fear is a man without faith."
