Xplosion Marquee on Easter weekend?!?

I'm not one to complain, I'm really not, but can anyone justify the fact that Wiz Kids decided to hold most of the the Xplosion Marquee tournaments EASTER WEEKEND. This is truely mind boggling to me as most people are out visiting families, taking vacations, or whatever. Would it have really hurt them to hold the Marquee either one week earlier or one week later?
If it sounds like I'm bitter, it's because I am. This is an absolutely absurd decision.

I agree, that was a really stupid move. I know i will have a hard time going to one now.

They got a ton of complaints about this on the judge boards, and they wouldn't budge. A few are scheduled for other weekends due to a snafu in the system (such as mine) but the bulk are being sandwiched into the holiday weekend.

I brought this issue up last month and got a colossus "ehh... so what?" from the powers that be. I don't think too many judges like this idea, but there wasn't much they could do at that point. The decision was made higher up the chain.

ive seen too many moderators deleting non-offensive posts. I think that there needs to be a strict guideline they should follow. like maybe no "cursing" or sexist comments.

Well it sure is gonna be a busy day that day....easter, marquee tourny, 4/20 party later in the eve....all they need to do is move up the Backlash ppv a week an it would be superjampackedvarietysunday!
