Ok I was playing my brother and we were playing a 300point game.... he used his 3 actions... he had blackpanther who has outwit and moved blackpanther so he had a clear view of bullseye (my guy) he then used his outwit on one of Bullseyes things..... would he be allowed to do that since he already used his 3 action turns? or does your turn end right when you are done using your actions?

your turn ends when you say you're done. If he was using Rookie BP, then he could move for free, and then outwit, since it's not an action. It's all legal.

he used his move as an action...... would he be able to use his outwit again even though he has used his BP that turn?

yeah... as long as you don't try and use outwit in the middle of an action... like moving 3 spaces, outwitting, and moving 5 more, it's okay. You can use it at any point of your turn, before or after any action. Even after your last action. It's not a problem.

Use of outwit does not count as an action, or give an action token. He couldn't use outwit twice in one turn, but he could move and then outwit, provided that he still has the outwit power.

say he was to push BP and then try and use his outwit... he would have to click BP first before using his outwit right?

yes he would, and if he lost outwit, he wouldn't be able to use it.

Not that that instance matters much. If he loses Outwit, anything he outwitted returns instantly.
