If you want to have a convincing fake list, you should lay off of the Batman characters. The first set had a ton of them, so people are less inclined to believe that the next set will be just as crouded with them. Diversity! I think DC is pickier about sculpts - while we've heard about Batman being sent back three times before approval, we haven't heard similar stories from Marvel (and to bolster that more, sculpts like Thor's got through despite his importance).

I think that Thor was done way better than Superman was. And Superman is still the superhero icon. :p But I do agree that overall DC has the better sculpts.

Several people have posted that Cosmic Justice will include or must include Legion characters. Is this just their personal wishes, or has anyone seen Legion prototypes or has Wizkids said something? I know there is a description of Legion powers in the DC game instructions, but if that is all you are going on, remember how utterly ignored the Defenders have been throughout Marvel's expensions.

I recall as long ago as last fall Wizkids saying the DC expansion would include JLA, JSA, and Titans. The 5 confirmed figures thus far confirm the JLA aspect at least, and the text of the ad talks about JLA and Titans. So...any proof about the Legion? Or just a wish?

Just my opinion, but I think the name of the expansion itself implies GLC and Legion members. Wasn't the original name we heard circulating for the expansion Emerald-something-or-other?

Despite my inability to remember what it was, I thought it sounded cooler than Cosmic Justice, but I would guess they changed it because this one sounds more inclusive, whereas the Emerald title only made one think of GLs.

Nail, head. It's just everyone's wishful thinking. That press release is the only info we have.

Ditto the Emerald Dawn name. People were quote it as chapter and verse, but there was never an actual source. Just more rumor.

I think it just seems logical. The Defenders haven't been TOTALLY ignored. Hulk and Dr. Strange had Defender affliations ... as do Iceman and Beast from Xplosion. I believe its 5 Marvel sets to 3 DC sets. So we should see representation from GL, LSH, and Mystics in this upcoming set since there is only one more planned DC expansion after that.

Honestly, and I am sorry to say this to some of you, I have absolutely zero interest in the Legion. If you check out the "you decide the contents of future DC expansions" thread, you have to go a long way down the list before any Legion folk show up.

I would much rather see a JLA-heavy set. And to those who think the next set cannot be Batman-heavy just because Hypertime was, remember that Batman is DC's biggest selling character...so he will be back, and all his friends and foes. Just think about how many times we have seen Wolverine in the Marvel sets!
