I know that this has been discussed before, but I can't find the thread where it is, so here's my re-asked question:
When making a custom with an already existing figure, how do you change the pose of it?
If you could answer this or point out the name of the original thread, it would really help me out. Thanks.

I'm far from the most experienced or skilled modder on the list but here goes. Anyone else feel free to correct me.

I find myself using two methods.

Repositioning: This is mostly cutting off the parts you want to change modifying them if needed and gluing them in a new position.

Swapping parts: You like that characters arm position but the other characters torso and Head so you cut and glue part to part to make a third figure.

This is probably too general to help, maybe you could get more specific about which figures you want to reposition and someone could offer more specific advice.

Depending on the model, a blowdryer also works great. I took Sabertooth, held him in front of a blowdryer about 40 seconds, bent his claw arm down and was also able to raise his fist arm above his shoulders, then gave him a quick dip in cold water to "freeze" him into position, putty on his forehead shaped into the form of ears, painted him blue, and now I have a Beast! BTW, bending him forward at the knees and ankles will make him exactly like the new Xplosion sculpt! (Why I was disappointed with that one)
