Missing Have/ Want/ Keep box....How do I get it back?

This may be the wrong forum for asking this but how do I get the link for the Have/ Want & Keep box to show back up? I can't really add my invintory in without having that option avaliable. Pleas help me out, i've looked in the FAQ and didn't see anything that would help me with this situtation.

Did you check the "Remember me" box when loging in ?

Don't, it's an easy fix, but not an obvious one.
