Another Rules Question

Hi Everyone
Q: The map 4 inside (warehouse) the crates that are inside the thick black lines are inacessable right? You can't finsh you're movement there even with phasing or similar any one who is bored and wants to help thanks

Right. The boxes go up to the ceiling, so no figure can be in those squares at the end of an action.
