Incredible dial for 72 points. He has an average damage of 4.5 per click thanks to blades and flurry...which is incredible in his point-range.

Ok obviously his dial is crazy good for 72 pts. But he can't bust out snikt snikt until turn 4. But because he can move up 10 he's in the mix pretty much right away. In sealed I KO'd two of his buddies and the other two were on the ropes, and then Weapon X decided to go ahead and KO my whole team. I still think in constructed he won't be really really amazing, because the threat of long range figs picking him off coming in is too great. But he's at least amazing. :)

I'm a real BIG fan of Wolverine and my only problem with this dial is at that stage of Weapon x he was a killing machine and anyone was up for grabs if they got in his way so why not have Charge and Flurry as a Special power and some exploit weakness!! Ok yea he has B/C/F throughout the dial but no exploit with the battle fury and put them together as a Special?? or better yet Flurry as a Trait, geeezz this guy was a Unstoppable killing Machine swinging on everyone! lol But i Love him and i'll give 5 out of 5 stars

@ ssjin4vegeta: looks like an unstoppable killing machine to me, buddy. His stats alone are freakin' crazy for the cost. If you can afford to let your opponent comes to you around the time this thing is unleashed, he will have a hard time getting rid of it. Of course a couple of good shots will take him down, so you'll have to play wisely. But at close range, he will rock your world.

This guy's broken beyond belief. For 72 points?! Add Auto regen. and Protected, and he'll never die. I especially like his flurry/blades clicks. *Evil Grin*...

That dial is pretty sick my only concern is how long it can take before he can do anything. Then again this is a good use of an activation click figure like a Hulk or Con Artist. You can activate a Con Artist in golden and get Weapon X out on turn 2 so that's not bad.

The only way to get Weapon X out of his tube before turn 4 is to have your whole team KO'd. If that happens on turn 2....well, you might've messed up.

hydra bob(cap set)
leech(gsx set) my new 300pt team.deadpool travels with bob for mobile lof blocker,leech camps out in stealth near weapon x so opponents cant spends actions to turn weapon x's dial.

He is a stone cold killer. Waiting 4 turns pays off huge when he comes out of the tank. His powers and stats are outstanding for his point cost.

I pulled him and The Captain and I have not been disappointed with either piece. Weapon X is amazing once he breaks out of the tank. I have never seen a more vicious Wolverine in the entire history of HeroClix. Crazy comic accurate and cheap enough to put on any team. This is a sculpt and dial design truly worthy of being a chase piece.

I traded mine away but he is the BEST Wolverine made by far.

I'm surprised no one has mention Alpha Flight ATA. For a mere 4 points he can have 13 attack against one high def opponent of your choice.

Pulled him in my first pack outta my brick. Wasn't too sure how he'd play but just unbelievably effective. He's essentially the ultimate back up. Your opponent is either too busy focusing on your other figs or too busy worrying about what'll happen when he busts loose. Either way, really gives you a lot of room for strategy, more than I thought at least.

This was the one chase I wanted, didnt think I would ever find one. Went to the local retailer and saw half of an opened brick left so I bought it. First booster had The Cap. chase, third booster had Quasar, and the fifth one had Weapon X. I feel sorry for the poor guy who bought the other half of this brick.

Played against this clix during a tournament, tell you the truth i was a little worried playing against it because he had a fairly strong team but took out his whole team just as weapon x was making its way to battle and then he just got took'n out by quake, kitty pride and nick fury in one turn. still an awesome clix though and would love to have it.

i think this is 2nd or 3rd best in set unlike the captain i get down with this guy very cost effective and good in a defensive team also much better than ice captain

Recently bought a case of Cap to help me get tarted with this set, an out of boredom, my friend and i had a sealed tourny. it ended up with 6 ppl me and my clix friends, and we got 2 packs each. You shouldve seen the look on my face when after i opened my first pack which was full of "meh" peices. to open the second and see weapon x, capwolf, squirrel girl, and Ursa major all next to each other. I lit up like a june bug on a mid summer night. of course my team ended up being Ursa, Weapon X, and Capwolf. and i say that Weapon X did very well. i definately look forward to using him this week at our local tournament :)

I have played this figure numerous times, and while he is the best close combat fig I have ever seen, anybody with any range will toast him quick. Stay out of his charge movement and pick him off like fish in a barrel. I enjoyed Rojhaz and Capwolf far more. I have had all three and those two I kept.

Whenever I have played this piece on my team, I always seem to roll crappy for BCF...like, ones and twos....not very killing machine. I really like him though, and he is very cost efficient for what he does. I usually throw Auto Regen,Protected,Vampirism,and Loner on him...and still at 109 he is a bargain and even more comic accurate. I traded one off before,but in the immortal words of Old Man Bruce Wayne: "Never again..."

If you just don't move your guys out and turtle around your starting area, 5 turns comes pretty quick, usually before you even get hit, and if they do run in as quick as possible, it'll just leave them open for charge when he busts out

There are a couple of ways to take advantage of weapon X, while tank is attached. First round immunity kills one click, the second is anticipate that your opponent "WILL" come to you. So when they attck, pick them off from range. That's one way I play him. I also like running Mr. Immortal around till he lands on CGOC. :devious:

The problem i have with him is the Regeneration, it's just such a bad power, if he instead had toughness, super senses, or just higher DV he would be much better.

I don't understand when it says "can't be...placed" What does the "place" mean? I think it would be fun if you could you this and the new Cap America as objects to smack people around.

wolf pack 86!!!!! add auto regen and regeneration is the best power in the game!!!! regenerate for free and then do damage! same thing next turn! and he can still regen with two tokens!!!
