I Have a Question of Ranged Combat!

Ok here is my question. On a Ranged combat that has Multiple Attacks


1. It says Reduce the Damage to 1 If the character has Ranged combat Specialist can he Use it on all of the Ranged attacks on the Multi Opponents. Im asking can a Veteran Boomerang Attack 3 Targets Using his Ranged Combat Specialist?


2. If the character like Ultron Who has a 3 Based Damamge makes a Multiple attack to attack 2 Targets. Does it drop his Damamge to 1 or Can he do 3 Damamge to them all because his Base Damage is 3

1. If You Use Multi-Target It Is A Superpower And Shuts Off RCE. But If You Use Shield Ability With It You Can Do 2 To Each Target.

2. No If You Use Multi-Target Of Any # It Will Drop Your Damage To 1. What Is Nice Though Is That With Hawkeye, If The Outwit Your RCE You Can Do Multi-Target And His Damage Raises To 1.
