I was wondering this can you TK a Flying character that is holding another character?

No. This is not possible. A figure is only 'carrying' another figure during a Move Action. So, at the end of the move action, no figure will be carrying anyone else.

Does this make sense? or more?

Yeah this makes since i didint think it would work but iwas hoping that it would heh.
