It may just be me, but I've PMed about 10+ people over 3 days and it seems nobody has received the messages.
Is there a limit to PMs or something for being newer?

Yes INBOXes/Outboxes have limits depending on their/your donor level.
Feel free to PM me if you want to see if it's working.. I don't know why someone wouldn't be getting your pm's.
