Perplex with RCE and CCE

Can you not Perplex the persons number ie he has a 2 damamge so perplex it to 3 then use cce or rce which adds 2 to that number?

No, you can't.

A figure with RCE/CCE cannot be have his values modified by Perplex and still use RCE/CCE. This is because RCE/CCE cannot be used while the figure is affected by other powers (there are exceptions).
