im trying to make a team the UTILIZES the MoE (masters of evil) team abilty. not a team with all members from the group, just some. heres what i ve come up with so far.
U titania
V whirlwind
V human torch
V doombot
V a.i.m medic
R doombot
R avalanche
300 points total
its a simple team. long range come from the torch and clse from titania and Whirlwind. whirlwind ties opposing figs up and then titania hopefull comes in for a bashing. Torch can do his thing outside while carrying along avalanche for the TEAM free move and the ever-useful barrier.
whatcha guys think? please help!
no offense but you have so much free move you don't even need to use MoE team ability, which is awful anyway. plus Whirlwind and Titania is hardly a theme to work with. Add Hyde, Ultron, Vet Sandman, Dr. Doom ect if you really want to work at that theme.
I won a tournament using a team fairly similar to yours.
R-Vulture
R-Doombot
E-Wasp
V-Bullseye
V-Whirlwind
Titania
LE Yellowjacket
E-Hydra Medic
The Doombot carried Bullseye for free, then boosted his ranged attack by 1. He softened up a hard to hit target. Then I carried in Titania and Whirlwind with Wasp and Vulture. The final action was MoE attack. I knocked out several figures in one turn my games that way. Titania and Whirlwind alone did tons of damage. Yellowjacket was never very useful, but he did get taken out in one game by 3 critical hits in a row from a wounded Black Cat and an AIM Medic.
I've also considered using this version of the team.
R-Vulture
R-Doombot
E-Wasp
V-Bullseye
V-Whirlwind
Titania
Red Skull
R-Hydra Operative
I never really needed my medic in any of the games I played. The one game I tried to do any healing, the medic missed both times trying to heal Bullseye. So, going without the medic seems okay to me. Red Skull and his operative would be on tie-up duty.
How bout:
V whirlwind x7
V paramedic x1
299
Just for fun, although if you do it right(which isn't hard) this is devestating!
