New Members not receiving email from Admins?

I'm a member of a group on Facebook that is dedicated to Clix players around the world and a bunch of the guys in the group are saying that they tried to sign up here and never received a confirmation e-mail and it has made them not able to access this site. I was just wondering if there could possibly be a problem with the sign-up process or if it's possibly an error on their part.

If you can pm a list of the user names that are having a problem we could look into it. I'm not sure what the problem would be off hand and we certainly have a number of users getting their emails (so says the new user forum)
