I'm interested to know what teams people have the most success with. Please post a few of your best teams here and maybe it will start an interesting discussion about what some of the most popular teams at different times (like best team after IC or best team after CT) and in different categories (like Marvel, DC, Mixed, Theme, multi-player, different point values, etc.). Here's a few teams I've had a lot of fun and success with(all of the following teams total exactly 300pt.).
My Best Marvel Villains:
E Crimson Dynamo 108pt.
V Abomination 100pt.
V Doombot 38pt.
R Destiny 20pt.
R Vulture 15pt.
R Con Artist 11pt.
R Paramedic 8pt.
This team, built around a few X-plosion figures I manage to get my hands on, ended up being quite effective. The main attackers are odviously Abomination and Crimson Dynamo. It uses the very basic strategy of attack with one heavy hitter, then fly him back to a medic as you bring up your second heavy hitter.
My Best DC Heroes:
E Batman 92pt.
LE Selina Kyle 75pt.
V Nightwing 72pt.
V Man-Bat 31pt.
R Robin 17pt.
R Checkmate Medic 13pt.
This team is odviously Batman themed. The team is build around Batman, Selina(AKA Catwomen), and Nightwing and my strategy is to basicly Outwit and Incapacitate an opponent into submission and then leap/climb to safty(which is usually some hindering terrain or a roof top). I really enjoy using this team because I'm a big Batman fan, but it would be more effective for a player that likes to turtle(which I don't).
My Best DC Villians:
V Brainiac 13 133pt.
V Gorilla Grodd 86pt.
V Man-Bat 31pt.
R Weather Wizard 31pt.
V Checkmate Medic 19pt.
I was very surprised when I used this team and found out the IL team ability actually could be useful. Being able to taxi Grodd and B13 next to an aposing frigure and attack with them on the same turn ended up being a big advantage.
I haven't had much luck with Marvel Heroes but I hope to try an X-men team like the following once I get more X-plosion figures:
U Nightcrawler 83pt.
V Beast 80pt.
V Storm 52pt.
E Shadowcat 31pt.
R Gambit 28pt.
R Iceman 26pt.
My Best Marvel Villains:
