View Full Version : Confused on Avengers/Brotherhood Team Abilities

Somewhat new with this and just started to expand to use team abilities. I have read the updated Rules/Clarifications and checked this board, and still don't quite get this one.

The "free move" figure gets marked with an action token but doesn't count for total actions on that turn. I get this. Now, if I move the figure who just did the free move on my next turn, is he now pushed?

Also if I am B2B do I have to first breakaway to use this "free move"? The part that says "...can be used even if this figure fails to break away roll" confuses me.

Thanks

Yes if the figure has an action token and moves your next turn it will not use of you actions but the figure will be pushed and take a click of dmg

I dont know why it says that but i have always played if the figure makes the break away roll then moves it is a "free move" not costing an action.

That part seems to confuse a lot of people. What it's trying to say is that if you have an Avenger base to base and you can declare you are using the team ability to move, you try to make a breakaway role and no matter if you succeed (and move) or fail (don't move but get a token), it is still using your team ability and not one of your allotted moves.

Hope that makes some sense. I'm kinda tired.
