The team is a little weak. Some of the figures are better at different levels than ones you are using. I'm not a big fan of the Vet Plastic Man. I prefer the Rookie (for Perplex on his first click) or if you must have the JLA affiliation, the Experienced. Use the extra points to upgrade the Booster Gold to his Experienced version for the JLA free move. I would trade out the Robin and Blue Beetle for the more effective Vet Nightwing. The Outwit and 3 damage is really needed on this team (If you run into someone with Impervious, how are you going to hurt them?). Steel is also a good alternative too. I'd also consider Aquaman for his Leadership and 3 damage with Super Strength. Try this team:
V Nightwing 72 pts
R Plastic Man 40 pts
R Hawkman 32 pts
E Booster Gold 38 pts
E Checkmate Medic 17 pts
199 pts Total
Have Nightwing with Booster and Plas with Hawkman as 2 "fireteams" of taxi and hitter/tie up figures. Keep Nightwing in/behind hindering and use Booster to move him into position so he can still take a shot and Outwit. Use Plas taxied by Hawkman to tie up low def (15 or under) figures, and have him Perplex Hawkman's AV up so he can move in with a Charge and actually hit. The Medic stays back for the quick heal. Don't push unless necessary. And remember that Nightwing can Incapacitate two opposing figures at range. Good Luck!

Hello There,
I am not sure about the experienced medic. As I have pointed out in other posts, the Veteran Nightwing is a hard figure to use support on due to his very solid defense. Also, you will have a very limited number of available actions in a two hundred point game. It might work better for you to use those seventeen points on a rookie version of Robin. At least, that is what I would do.
Regards and Best Wishes,
