can 2 flyers with ppl's non flying between them do attacks 2 each other?
i heard there's new rules, n since i can't find dem, can some plz answer dis for me, n even possible e-mail me a copy of the new rules.

The only time 2 flyers can attack each other with ranged attacks with other characters in the LOF is when both characters are soaring. This is not new.

Just to clarify, here be's de rules you lookin' fo:

"Hovering: A hovering character is floating near the ground and interacts with non-flying characters as if he were on the ground. "

...and...

"Soaring: Ranged attacks between two soaring characters are not affected by grounded terrain."

If I've got it right, Soaring figs can shoot at each other only with no restrictions. Although the wording only mentions grounded terrain and not figures. I also seem to remember there being a wacky ruling that soaring figures still block LoF for grounded figures because they're not specifically excluded in the LoF wording.

i just startred using this forum thingy 2 nite, so i'm not all in on some of the jargon used, so saves the embarrassment later on what does that LOf mean?

It means Line of Fire. Technically, by the rules, a grounded fig will block LOF between two soarers but Chapeau has gone to the developers to get the final word.
