Well, i'm a Havoc fan more den One Eyed Slim, dat n Havoc n Polaris just look that #### good, n better than Cyc n Jean do.
A cool sinareo, would n the X-Men with Iceman Vs X-Factor,

Havok is the man....I actually just finished a Polaris and Havok figs. I haven't decided whether I should put Havok on Cyke's Vet base or use Vet Boomerang's. Havok should be more powerful (damage wise) than hi sbrother, but he should be less mobile and maybe a lower attack.

Well, i'd like 2 make my Havoc different, so, when using them they won't just be 10 spaces away. Cause my Havocs gonna hav range of 8 n strike 2.

8 8 7 7 6 5 - 1st 3 gets R.S.
12 12 10 9 7 7 - none
16 16 14 14 12 11 - either use exacly the same as Cyclopes or use these numbers with S.S. Call it Gov. Training
4 3 3 3 2 2 - 1st 2 clix of leadership, n the last one.

All for 62pts sounds fair?

I love the Havok character. Hes developed nicely over the years and Mutant X was a cool book. I don't think he should have running shot though, cause for the life of me I can't remember him not standing in a badass pose when hes blasting. I'm sure he could run but his blasts would be less focused since he has to constantly keep them under control, but for the most part he doesn't like Cyclops does. I think Force Blast would be a better power for him. Lots of EE is essential though. Leadership for the vet.

Yeah no running shot, but higher damage than Cyke. Maybe have leadership on the first click. Havok is a cannon, or artillery, whilst Cyke is more like a jet fighter.

Well, I like Havoc and hate his brother. Cyke just is too goody goody. He has the sterotypical hero attitude, with no edge other then a short temper, which he very rarly backs up, and his powers don't match those off all the guys with the "hero attitude". (and AoA Cyke doesn't count. He has much more of a personality to him)

But on the subject of Havok's stats, I would have a low movement, like a 6. A good attack. I would say 11 or 12 only cause it is hard to miss with his power even if he is a horrible aim. Some good damage. He can rip alot of stuff up. maybe some E S/D cause he normally blasts all non energy attacks away with a pulse wave. Speaking of pulse wave, he should have it and lots of it.
Now the big question is the range. Should it be higher then a 10. I think he could warrent a 12, cause his powers nature of goes until it hits something. This would also let him have a 6 with his pulse wave. Thats a pluse seening as that his his main power.

But if you are going to do Havok vs Cyke, Cyke wins ever time. In the comics, there powers don't hurt each other, and Cyke is the better fighter. But normally it ends in a stalemate where they just use there powers to destroy walls and stuff.
