They were really trying to be representative of all the lame players who turtle with Guile online, so props to the dial designers for that. In practice, I don't think this is worth 95 points, but the dual target sharpshooter incap is pretty neat. His team ability might also be able to take people by surprise since people assume he's range only.
I'm not sure how they interpret Flash kick as Pulse Wave though...

On the card Pulse Wave is listed as Flash Kick. Sonic Boom is the white power.

4 on his dial? LOL! For 5 more pts, Comedian will roast this clown.

I am tempted to give him all 5's just because of the hater but I won't. Since the game is about the characters. Its this character FAR out classes the character known as the comedian. As for Guile stats its not the best but its still good and very in character for stats.

I think the special and Pulse Wave names should have been swapped, it'd make slightly more sense that way. Two target Sharpshooter is cool especially with Psy Blast. Willpower is a nice touch, but only one clik? Couldn't spring for it on the final clik too? Hmm...
Yeah, Alan Moore's charachters complexity totally fails when compared to a militar dude with a mohawk.

I give you that Alan Moore's Characters are better developed and more complex. But that is like saying, "Oh The Godfather is better than Barney the movie."
Kinda obvious and extreemly pointless to utter.
Top it all off, its a flat top not a mohawk.

I don't usually get into these fights, but really, you think this guy from street fighter is a better character than the comedian? No. The comedian is a well constructed and complex character while guile is anything but. Character wise- I don't see how they can even be compared.
