Hmmm. I have ordered from that dirty word site twice and so far (knock on wood) I have had no merchandise problems. I have around 100 figures and have pulled 9 uniques which seems pretty good to me... I have had no end in shipping nightmares with them (they always leave the apartment number off my order) so I would like to find somewhere else, especially if their prices are better. Can you say what happened in the past (open boosters, missing figs, etc.)? Where would you recommend buying from? I want to support the local hobby/comic shops but since I am new to comics and gaming none of them will cut me a break even on bulk orders. The best I was offered was 10% off MSRP when ordering a case or more which is still $6+ a booster.

I haven't ordered from them, either. It has been said that those who ordered sealed cases from them got what they paid for, but those who ordered loose boosters only got the leftovers after the staff had peeked through cases to pull the boosters w/ Uniques. It'd be nice if any banning or possibly contact from WK has motivated them to clean up their business practice.

As I understand, the new boosters are tamper proof, meaning that they can't be peaked into like the old ones were. I haven't seen them but this should either force companies to be honest or make it very obvious that they are cheating.

You can still melt the glue i am sure. They need to put fabric threading on BOTH sides. The safety is only on one side, and only tabs. Same glue i am sure.

I've had good results with gatheringground.com. Price is always competitive on cases (usually on singles, too, but not always. They ship UPS, so I've never had a problem. Some here have had some concerns in the past, but it seems to be in favor of those who've had positive experiences. I also hunt deals on eBay for cases.

I'm not going to complain about "I Con U"sa. I've done too much of that.

I'd just say that I would NEVER buy loose bosters from them again. EVER.

Sealed factory cases and individual figs may be alright, although there have been complaints about the site in terms of timeliness, communication and accuracy as well.
