in the vein of not being able to use CCE or RCE after the base damage value has been perplexed, one cannot perplex a fig's movement and then charge rounded the half movement cost and thereby "adding" 1 more space to their charge? example: my rookie hawkman has charge on his first click and my harely perplexes his speed of 10 to a 11 i then charge, rounded up it would be 6. if it was a 10, it would be a charge of 5, so is this legit? i say no.

Actually, yes it is.

The problem is not using Perplex with another power, it's the fact that CCE and RCE state they cannot be combined with any other power.

Otherwise, imagine a 4 dmg character (thanks to Perplex) swinging a Dumpster (thanks to Super Strength)... and adding CCE... 8 clix with one hit from 2 characters...

You can use perplex however you want. Example:

Vet Doc Sampson will
1.) perplex his own damage to 5
2.) charge for 5 squares
3.) attack
NEXT TURN, PUSH
4.) perplex his own damage to 5
5.) attack

The push click moves him to Leap/Climb. So after he clears, he just L/C's away.

So to answer your question, yes.
