HeroClix Tourney at Comikaze Expo

So Comikaze Expo [the new Comic, Anime, Sci-Fi, etc. convention at the LA Convention Center] just added the following:

Heroclix Tournament- Enter to win the SEALED BOSTER BRICK from the NEW SUPERMAN HEROCLIX Set

Only $20 to enter, fee includes ticket to Comikaze Expo.

The convention is Nov. 5-6. I was planning on going to the convention, but now I'm thinking of entering the HeroClix tournament. Is anyone else planning on entering the tournament, or at least going to the convention?

I don't know what's the format yet. I'm sure something will be posted as the convention gets near. They barely announced that a HeroClix tournament was even gonna be held. I'll post up the format when I see it announced.

I'm in dammit. No, I'm not the judge there... dunno what Marcus was thinking, haha.

I spoke to Marcus and found that he is the one hosting the tournament. His judge is going to be someone named Javier... we probably know him by face.

Unofficially per Marcus, it's 400 points from Avengers-present, Marvel and DC only. Highlander rule is in effect, no feats no BFCs. Also, unofficially, the 1st place prize is 3 boosters and some gravity feeds. I've notified Fabiano, the person in charge of games.

Don't take my word for all these though. Wait until it's officially posted.

Marcus does have a sign-up sheet and the number of entries is limited.
