how come in all the point formula generators i i've used RCE cost so much. I mean a guy with a a 2DV and RCE cost much more than a guy with a 5 for DV and no RCE. yet the guy with 5 can do base to base damage just as high as ranged, and the RCE fig can only do 4 from a distance, does this make sense
