A question about support and impervious

If a support character beats the defense of an impervious character, does your impervious character have to role a 5/6 for the healing to be successful? This probably sounds like a dumb question, I think the impervious has nothing to do with a friendly character healing another friendly character, but i just want to be certain.

You ignore ALL modifiers when healing a friendly figure so disregard Impervious.

Remember, Impervious is an optional Superpower. This means you turn it off right before gaining benefits from Support.
