Before Xplosion comes out i would like to take a momment to laugh at IC!!!!! I mean a load of those figs where just sad!
Just look!

Spider-man- NO Super Sences No Super Strength just bad.
Rogue- No Super Strength not even some poison!
Jugs- Stats go down to fast!
Captain America- enough said
Dare Devil- ummmm no leap climb (i am not sure)
HobGoblin- No nothing just nothing a guy on a board
U Cap and U Cyclops- waste of plastic
plus more!

All these figures just waste in one set. I mean come on. Its just funny how such good heros and villians dont match up to there heroclix counterparts. tisk tisk tisk. Good thing for Xplosion and CT they really picked up the pace except for Apoc! lol

If you know the characters and then sit back and look at thier clicks...some of them boggle the mind.

Juggey with out CHarge. THat makes sense. HE doesnt charge in most cases.

Spiderman lets see. Super Senses ok you can argue that one. OUtwit he has it and defiantly deserves it. Super Strength well since they put the Super Strenth level above spidey yes it makes total sense. I do Like how they changed Super Strength to allow a few klixs of it.

Just think as IC as a Beta test. HT as a Alpha test becuase it was doen bad. And it works out perfect.

Ohh and forgot. How about the mess up of Kang.

Bullseye and Boomerang having 1 damage (should of been made like Hawkeye).

U Cyc is a pretty competent fig. As is Bullseye.

IC had some stinkers, but at the same time so did CT, and I am sure that Xplosion will have a few as well.

U. Captain America can hold his own pretty well also.

I mean, if you are using him to wade into the thick of battle, your probably using him all wrong. Rookie like stats up against bigger exp. and vet. piece isn't going to do very well.

HOWEVER, what he does well is act as a late game support and outwit piece, valuable powers to have near the end of the match, toss in leadership for extra actions, and you'd be hard pressed to find a figure that does a better job at supporting your troops. All for the pretty sum of 35 points.

I've gotta disagree with Spiderman having Super Strenght in his latest version.

The first release of any game tends to have it's handful of overpowered pieces (like Firelord and say, a Black Lotus), as well as a number of underpowered pieces (Kang, Grey Ogre). IC has the familiar feel of the early days of Magic, when everything was new, not knowing what the future holds. If HeroClix has the kind of future in store for it that Magic has had (10 years and counting), we are all in for a treat.

OK IC had some mistakes (so did CT and so does X), but overall it's a great set !

Sure some characters should have had more powers, but it was the first set and all games have a few things to work out after the first set. Besides, I like IC because its the set that got me hooked on this great game.:)
