Hey all--
This is mostly for the students and faculty returning to the Five College area of Amherst and Northampton MA, though any and all HeroClix players are more than welcome.
Here in the Pioneer Valley, there are THREE regular HeroClix games; one is weekly, the other two swap weekends.
First up: Worlds Apart Games (http://www.worldsapartgames.org)
In downtown Amherst, MA, running games every Saturday evening at 7pm; this is the show I run. Due to a snafu, we won't be getting Superman boosters to sell--nor a Marquee, alas--but I am working on scoring a Prize Support Kit. Come on down for a game, and join our mailing list for weekly write-ups!
Down the street is X9 Games (http://www.x9-games.com) at the nearby Hampshire Mall on Route 9 in Hadley. Don't let the site fool you; the owner, Seth, is a terrific guy. He's always eager to help with any questions, product, and just general chit-chat. The "non-voy" for this Venue is Jaime, a wonderful Judge. Games are on alternating Saturdays at 3pm.
Lastly, there is Comics & More in downtown Northampton MA. Jaime runs this game as well, on alternating Sundays--the weekends he's not at the mall (so he only runs one game per weekend). Games are at 1pm. Jaime also e-mails weekly write-ups for his games.
While X9 and Comics & More alternate weekends, for Marquee/Release weekends, Jaime runs a game at BOTH Venues! That's right, for Marquees, we have THREE in ONE WEEKEND: Saturday at 3pm and 7pm, then the last game Sunday at 1pm. (Usually: as I said, there will be no Superman Marquee in Amherst. My profound apologies.)
