The new strategy section is seperate. I can understand why single universe fans might be a little miffed but I'm glad they're joined. Heroclix is supposed to be one game with one set of rules and it didn't make much sense to have a DC rules forum and a Marvel rules forum.

On a side note, I don't like how the tourney scene has really seperated the two sets and the two groups of fans.

I think this is excellent. It was always a question where to post mixed teams. Now you have a space for mixed and specific to each universe. The rest was not really needed to be broken apart. Very few posts (compared to Marvel, anyway) ever went to the DC specific stuff anyway. Now you only have to browse one forum for each type.

I prefer the new arrangement - I've been hoping for something like this for a while.

No longer are we seperate entities. We are joined. Everything is linked now. NO one can escape the Joining. :p  :classic: :)

I'm pretty happy with this, the only downside being there's gonna be a *lot* of posts in the General Discussion forum daily.

I actually like the separate (for the most part) tournaments. DC is compatible to some degree, but... wildcards and their team abilities really don't mix well, espeically when you consider annihilus/ultron/dr. doom/klaw, etc. guys that can hammer anything as long as they have a LOS with a rookie steel on their team.

Second is their over abundance of guys with outwit on the first click like desaad, darkseid, flash, nightwing, batman, catwoman, etc. I'm probably in the minority, but not really into the outwit bandwagon. Would rather see a bunch of Harley's and perplex than all those guys with outwit.

I am glad, however, that hcrealms decided to merge most of the dc/marvel talk, however. strategies/teams will be different (thus their different areas), but for the most part, it is really one game.
