Okay, here's my first team using some of the new X-plosion figures. I got 6 boosters with only 1 duplicate, so I got a pretty decent range of them.
E-Annihilus
V-Taskmaster
E-Vulture
E-Mystique
E-Psylocke
V-AIM Medic
Vulture carries Psylocke up into a position so Annihilus can use her enhancement. Annihilus running shoots, sharing Taskmaster's AV from Sinister Syndicate. Mystique and Taskmaster also perplex up Annihilus' damage so he's gonna do 6 on his shot. If I need to boost his move or range to get him into position instead, I can do that. I can also do 2 shots of 2 clicks with enhancement. Taskmaster can shoot and gain enhancement benefit, too, for his two shots. He'll also get an attack value boost from Hydra through Annihilus. Psylocke and Taskmaster can also be used to go after stealthed figures if necessary.
