Sorry, if dis already came up, but if not,
I haven't dont he stats yet, , lookin' at range of about 3-4 with 2 targets
6-7 clix seems sufficent
powers
speed super powers i'm not so sure on, need opinions of ppl's either charge, flurry or leap/climb, whatchas think plz vote
Att - b/c/f with incap. n with spuper/strength
Def - es/d or s/s or toughness? plz vote
Dam - enhance or outwit? one thing for sure, is if flurry n b/c/f r on so will be battle fury, i think uz will agree on that one, but enc or outwit plz vote,
model - i'm gonna do constrictors body, reconnect his right arm so it's straight and put on sabertooths head with a pony tail, den paint it,
plz i need constructive critz., den i'll put up the dial stats later. Lets hope they make an offical sooner than later.
Attack
No B/C/F, he didn't have them, No B no C and F. Unless it gets changed to Blades/COILS/Fangs heh...
maybe, just maybe a little super strenght to start.
Move
Should be allright, no higher than 10 but no less than 7 at any time, leap climb and flurry.
Defense
Toughness to start then some Energy Deflection.
Damage
Umm...he wasn't all that smart. I love Omega Red but Out Wit is a big fat No way. Battle Fury after a few clicks is good. i think a decent damage value of 3 starting that sticks for a click or two would do justice. Enhance doesn't make any sense to me either, but then again it never does. but Omega wasn't a team player so i don't think it fits.
Range and Bolts
4 range and 2 bolts.
Just some thoughts and good luck on the mod!
Range 4 with 2 targets sounds good, as does 7 clix.
For speed, I'd think he should start with stealth, after that I'm not sure.
Attack should definately be poison on his first click, with energy steal all the way afterwards (that was his mutant power after all, it's too bad there's no way to use those at range)
For defense I'd say toughness most of the way down his dial.
I don't think any of the damage powers really fit. As DoomX said, he's not that smart. Battle fury would fit, but then he couldn't use range attacks. Maybe enhancement to simulate his death spores at range in a very roundabout way.
Good luck on the mod, sounds like it should turn out well.

I made an Omega Red a while back. Here is my dial I made for him.
Speed: Flurry for the first 4, then stealth for the rest of the way
Attack: B/C/F for the first 4, then steal energy the rest of the way
Defense: 5 clicks of toughness, last 4 clicks of regen.
Damage:none
Sp:8,8,7,7,6,6,6,5,4
Att:10,9,9,9,8,8,7,7,6
Def:16,16,15,15,15,14,14,14,13
Dam:3,3,3,3,2,2,2,1,1
I think it's pretty accurate because if you've ever seen him in action there's really no fighting style, he just flings his coils around like a madman. That's why he has flurry and b/c/f because once he gets mad ( which is like all the time) he attacks everybody who steps up. Regen. and steal energy were obvious,as were toughness and stealth.
Powers:
Speed - few clicks of flurry
Attack - few clicks of poison, incapacitate, then steal energy
Def - toughness, then energy deflection/shield

The problem with steal energy is it has to be a close combat attack, whilst in truth Omega Red grabs people at range with his coils.
Thus, at the risk of becoming Constrictor-2, I'd give him Incapacitate down almost the entire dial, BUT with good attack values and two targets at 8 range (Veteran). A bit of Flurry, Toughness and then near the end some Regeneration, as compensation for his absorbing people's health through his coils.
Without a team he shouldn't cost a huge amount, perhaps more than Constrictor but his stats would be superior, plus the additional powers.
