Hey everyone, here's just a list of characters and possible abilities I'd like to see them with in the next DC expansion. I'm not saying that they should have all the abilities I list but they are the most probable ones for WizKids to choose from.

Penguin- Like with Invisble Girl/Woman I'd like to see him start as a ground unit with like a range of 4 or 5 for his umbrella gun and then as a veteran he's looses his range attack and gains flying ability due to his umbrella 'copter. I don't think his stats should be too good but that his real strength should lay in his abilities: Incapacitate, Perplex, Outwit, Leadership, Mastermind, and Willpower. I'm not saying he should have all of thease but any combo of thease would make him very true to form.

Poison Ivy- Ranged attacks for her cross bow. Abilities: Poison, Incapaciatate, Support, and Plasticity.

Two-Face- Ranged attacks with two bolts so he can do 2 attacks since he carries 2 guns. Ranged Combat Expert, Perplex, Mastermind, Toughness.

Scarecrow- Like Penguin his stats should not be too good but some decent abilities. Poison, Outwit, Perplex.

Killer Croc- Leap Climb, Charge, Toughness or Impervious, Super Strength, Close Combat Expert.

Oracle(Babara Gordon)- She would be an EXCELLENT supporting character for helping from the rear. I would not give her much movement and I'd give her a damage of ZERO. Perplex, Support, Outwit, Super Senses, Mastermind, Incapacitate. She could also have either the Gotham PD or Batman Alley team ability.

Ventrilquist/Scarface- Ranged combat attacks. Ranged Combat Expert, Leadership, Mastermind.

Mr. Freeze- Ranged attacks. Barrier, Toughness or Impervious, Super Strength, Outwit, Perplex.

Mr. Zsasz- Close Combat Expert, Charge, Super Senses, Willpower, Toughness, Leap/Climb.

Lex Luthor- Another good supporting character. Leadership, Super Senses, Incapacitate, Outwit, Perplex.

Mercy- Lex Luthor's bodyguard and personal aide. Close Combat Expert, Super Senses, Charge, Leap/Climb, Toughness.

Mr. Mexoplex(or however you spell it)- He is the Magical Imp from another dimension. Ranged Attack. Phasing, Energy Explosion, Perplex, Shape Change, Outwit.

Dr. Leslie Thompkins- She'd make a great healer. Damage of ZERO. Supprt(WHOLE DIAL), Incapacitate.

Blockbuster- Leadership, Perplex, Super Strength, Toughness/Impervious, Mastermind, Willpower.

Firestorm: Barrier, Energy Explosion, Range Combat Expert. This is to show his matter-altering abilities. JLA/JSA

Cyborg: Someone like Steel where he switched tactics from Range Combat Expert then to Close Combat Expert (or Super Strenght). But since he doesn't fly, he's cheaper and he's a TITAN. Maybe crossover REGENERATION to simulate any internal auto repairs he has (does he have them?) Plus, he's a Titan so he can take the damage, then regen.

Maggie Sawyer, PD... what abilities can you give her.... other than a variation on Gordon... maybe a non-Unique Gordon.

Hawkgirl. Think a Hawkman with Super Senses instead of Close Combat Expert to show her more finesse compared to Hawkman. She still has charge too. JLA

I would think GLs would have the different Long Range Abilities..... Mix them up. Long Range Expert, Energy Explosion, Pulse Wave, Running Shot, Double or Triple Arrows. Maybe even Telekenesis and Barrier (like Sinestro).

Maybe Hal Jordan can have Willpower because he is able to take on the Entire GL Corps.

Kilowog, more of a heavy hitter and a GL.

Guy, Kyle, John can be a mixed bunch, each switching tactics (ala Steel or Ironman) throughthe middle.

Maybe some obscure GLs just to provide the GL ability and that's it. I'd like Jack T. Chance personally, because when he faced Hal, he didn't know how to use his ring fully yet... therefore no other abilities than the GL team ability and flight.

THE SPECTRE... and maybe it's unique will be the HAL JORDAN Spectre... Maybe Mystics/JSA ...but then again, Hal might be the Unique GL... or a Unique Parallax.

Dr. Fate. A mystic with Prob Control. Or Maybe his Vet version will be stronger but just a JSA.

The Atom. Super Sense and Phasing. Very High Defense because he is so #### small. Small damage though. JLA

The Ray. A flying Ranged Exper Guy.... like the various Long-range effets I said above fot a possible GL. Also with energy shield/deflection. JLA

Ice. Like Iceman. JLA

Fire. Like Human Torch. JLA

The Eradicator. From the Reign of the Supermen. Like Steel but has pulse wave or energy explosion or multiple arrows instead of range-combat expert. Superman Ally.

Superboy. Cheaper Superman. Superman Ally.

Supergirl. (the current one). Impervious and Close Combat Expert. (normal ranged attack) Superman Ally.

Azrael. Like Batman but with Battle Fury to show the time when he was going crazy figuring out himself and his multiple personalities.

Unique Booster Gold. In his non-futuristic, Gundam-esque suit. Energy Explosion and three arrows. But his name is not big enough though.... still.

Unique Aquaman. With his new magic water arm.

Unique Electric Superman. Like The Ray but with Impervious and Superman Ally ability.

Legion of Super Heroes can be cheaper guys with simple powers since they have the Wildcard Team ability.

M'onel- from the Legion, cheaper Superman, with more CCE
Captain Marvel- 4 damage, charge, Imp.
Cosmic Boy- Legion, leadership, and TK
Saturn Girl- outwit and/or perplex, Incap
Firestorm
Superboy- 3 damage with SS (for tactile tk)
Wildcat- Willpower and 3 damage with regen at the end
Cheetah- B/C/F comes to DC
Croc- same as above with Toughness
Sunboy/Inferno- RCE with 3 damage (an old favorite)

Atom: Phasing, possibly Incapacitate, Super Senses, Outwit or Perplex. 0 Range. JLA and the E version might have Titans.

Ragman: Phasing, Toughness (not really a good power to define imprisoning an evil soul in his rag suit...maybe Incapacitate?). 0 Range. Rookie might have Batman Team and Vet could have Mystics.

Mister Miracle: Flying, Phasing, Incapacitate, Energy Explosion, Energy Shield/Deflection, Super Senses, Perplex. 8 Range. E version would be JLA.

Adam Strange: Flying, Running Shot, Energy Explosion, Ranged Combat Expert. 8 Range.

Captain Marvel: Flying, no powers on first click, Charge, Super Strength, Impervious, Toughness, Perplex or Outwit for the Wisdom of Solomon. 0 Range. R or E version would have JLA, V JSA.

Hourman (Unique): No powers on first click except maybe Probability Control for his future sight, Charge, Super Strength, Toughness. 0 Range. JSA.

Creeper: No powers on first click, Leap/Climb, Toughness, Perplex. 0 Range.

Firefly: Flying, Running Shot, Energy Explosion, Barrier, Ranged Combat Expert. 8 Range. Batman Enemy.

Actually, the three versions of the Atom would be fairly different.

Rookie Atom wouldn't have Phasing, he couldn't get that small in his early carreer. He could glide on air currents, though, so Leap/Climb would work. He'd still have a high defense and maybe some Super Senses. He'd either have JLA or nothing for team abilities.

Experienced Atom would be the Titans version. His powers had increased to the point where he could become microscopic, so he could have Phasing, but he was also able to grow very large at this point. Charge (for his enhanced reach and movement), Super Strength and Toughness on a few clicks could reflect this. Down near the end he'd regain Phasing, his Defense would raise as he shrinks again. He'd start with Leadership and he'd maybe get a click or two of Outwit near the end of his dial.

Veteran Atom no longer grows, but has mastered shrinking to the point it doesn't matter. Phasing for most or all of his dial. Incapacitate for being able to get into people's heads through the ear canals, irises, etc. Super Senses with a high defense, for being the world's smallest hero. Maybe Perplex early on his dial, since he often uses his powers to disorient enemies, and then Outwit near the end. He might also get a damage increase down his dial, where he backs his punch with the mass of a White Dwarf Star. Probably JLA team ability.
