I have a few Questions...

Would anyone want to show a noob around? I'm trying to learn all the inner workings of this site (such as trading with people and where to post other things) but I'm just running wild on this site. I don't need a tour guide really, just a few answers. Where do I do these things? I don't want to be that annoying guy who always posts in the wrong forum.

Stuff I wanna do....

1. Get going on trading on this site
2. Show people my custom miniatures of game characters (MegaMan and such)
3. Find out who is in charge here (moderators i think it's called)
4. Get some kind of scenario group or something running
5. Ask about how to custom heroclix (Decals and dials)

Welcome to hcr.

For trades and sales check out the trading forums. Currently i think itrader is bugged making it a bit difficult to get your first trade feedback. Hopefully typhon ( the owner of hcr) is looking into that.
There are some sight rules related to trading so make sure you check them out!

As for showing off your stuff, check out the artisiams guild area. Theres some incredible talented people here and we always welcome new people!! So stop by over there to find some great customs and show yours off!

As for whos in charge anyone in charge will have a moderator or admin label above their names. Their name may appear in red (if they have the option checked) as well. There are a few peoole who are area specific moderators. I can give thr list of moderators and such a bit later. Unfortunately i am on a mobile device so its a bit hard to do right now.

I am not entirely sure what you mean about a scenario group. A play by post mechanic or just custom game scenarios for everyone. For a play by post there is an online section where you can find players who will play remotely and fantasy leagues which may be what yo arr looking for.. For custom game scenarios probably eitther the creative corner Or general discussion would work best.

Custom heroclix are definitely best reserved for the ceative corner.

I leave with the final statement that you say who is in charge.. Well technically you. The report button brings posts that may be violating e forum rules to a moderators attention that we might not have seen otherwise.. So always keep that in mind!
