can i use my 2 lightning bolts with ANY special...

ei. I want to use my vet kangs pulsewave, since it says make a ranged combat attack, can I make two, once with each
arrow?

I think not...
only because it says that you can never attack the same person twice, so then since it hits every one then it would be useless to do it twice, but i;m not completely sure,

if i could do this...
then my kang team would be VERY hard to beat, because with 2 doc strange next to him, that would mean 3 clix X 2 (for each arrow) would mean 6! clix to every one within range!

and can I use tk with two arrows...

ei. quasar is next to a dumpster and a lamp post, can I use my multi attack for both of them, cause it says, "make a ranged combat attack"

I wasnt sure because it says reduce your damage value to 1 when you use multi attack, so if you did, would the items do just 1 clik?

can i use multi incapacitate, with the shield/enhancement to do 1 +incapacitate?

Since Pulse Wave uses it's own special targeting method... The Multiple Ranged Target icons (lightning bolt) icons are ignored. So, no... Pulse Wave cannot be used with the lightning bolt icons.
quasar is next to a dumpster and a lamp post, can I use my multi attack for both of them, cause it says, "make a ranged combat attack"The *current* ruling for this is no. TK can only be used to make a Ranged Combat attack with single adjacent object to a single target.
can i use multi incapacitate, with the shield/enhancement to do 1 +incapacitate?
This is legal. Incapacitate can be used with the Multiple Ranged Target icons (lightning bolt icons).

You'd first declare a multi-target attack (reducing damage to 1)

then you'd declare Incapacitate (reducing damage to 0)

Then you'd declare Enhancement/SHIELD (raising damage to 1)

So then the attack would do 1 damage and give 1 token to each target.
SHIELD/Enhancement can be used to.

There's something important which Tsannik slipped into his answer, but which it might be best to state explicitly---the lightning bolts represent not a multi-attack, but multi-targeting. When you use the lightning bolts, you are targeting multiple figures while making only one single ranged combat attack. This is why the same diceroll is used against all targets, among other things.

Tsannik's 100% right, of course, but I wanted to make sure that point was clear.
