Nope but what you can do in forum's that it's enabled when posting a new thread or when you "go advanced" you can usually attach an image file to the post and it'll allow people to click it and blow it up.

For instance, one of my cats..

I just figured out that the general discussion forum has images disabled (I am pretty good at HTML, though I have never had a class on it) and I was getting frustrated that nothing that I tried worked.

Actually looking a little closer attaching pics and such is a donor perk. the "" and " tags may be available here and there through the forum though.

This is interesting, because I totally just looked at the donor page, and I didn't see anything about posting pictures (and I am a silver donor, so I don't know if I should already get that or what)

It's a platinum donor perk it seems, though that doesn't take into account image codes, which are enabled or disabled by forum:
Diamond Donor

Signature Image: 575x50 / 25kB
Custom Avatar: 100kB (+50kB)
PM Box Size: 1,000 (+500)
