Subscription Query

Hi,

I ordered the $5 no ads donation. On Paypal - when I reached the payment screen and clicked Pay, it went to a session timed out screen, so I assumed the payment failed and made a second attempt for payment.

30 mins later, I checked my Paypal account and 2 lots of $5 transactions have come out.

Please can someone help me get a refund. If this isn't possible, do I receive 2 years of No ads or can I upgarde to a Bronze account?

I'll forward this to typhon, if you click on the donate button on the right you'll see at the top (when you get to the next screen) how long your current subscription lasts for. I'm not sure if it'll display 2 years or not (I would think it should).

Anyway I'll make sure Typhon sees this.

My subscription date confirms that I've subscribed for 2 years - so I'll leave it as it stands. Thanks for yoru assistance. :classic:
