Character Creation The LIZARD

[Manchine]

Well its Friday (actually Saturday) and its time for Character Creation. This weeks is The Lizard. I figured I am gonna finish off Secret Wars, since it was one of the best series Marvel ever came out with.

I not to sure about the Charge though I need some input on that. I was thinking he doesnt have it. I would expand the Stealth and Leap/Klimb.

Again any comments are good. I know some body did up Lizard Wednesday and I thought what the becuase I just told someone that I was gonna do him the night before.


Lizard Veteran Aquatic 2 Range 1 Bolt

Speed 9 9 8 8 7 7 6 5

Attack 10 9 9 8 8 7 7 6

Defense 17 17 16 16 15 14 13 12

Damage 2 2 2 2 2 2 1 1




Stealth His ability to hide and wait for the enemy to come to him. No matter where he is at he seems to do this.

Charge He charges savagely into battle.

Leap/Klimb Wow he seems to jump from very high places or he escapes really easy.

Super Strength He is a 10 ton carring fiend and he will smack you with whatever he can get his hands on

Blade/Claws/Fangs Well he has Claws and Fangs.

Toughness His Scaly skin is very reduces damage.

Regeneration He easily can heal massive amounts of damage.

it's perfect but i dont really get the stealth and why does he not have regeneration

The stealth is becuase he always hides When you first see him he usually is jumping at you from his hiding spot.

The regeneration was a boo boo. I fixed it. Thaxs

Great job. I like the stealth before charge. It makes him different from most SS guys. I might do one less total click and one lower on the attack, since this would probably be the E version, but this is a great job!

Why would this be his Experience Version? Did he some how change in recent years?

Secret Wars was late 80's, so I figured this would be E, and the most recent time I saw Liz was when McFarlane started his Spiderman title. Liz was completely savage, didn't speak, and was essentially more crocodilian than Doc Conners ever appeared before.

True I jsut been doing the Secret Wars guys in there Vet forms. THats why its his vet form. Does it still look right in vet form?

I might do B/C/F from the start, though an alternating with SS might also be interesting. The rest is great. Even though he is savage, he was mind-controlled by some Witchdoctor named Calypso, so no Battle Fury.

Its an idea but dont think I have seen him be Super Strong after the fights started.

This HAS to be a rookie, because Lizard beats the poo out of Spidey every time they meet, and Spidey only wins because of a serum!:mad: Hey, I'm a Spidey fan, and I know all about him. Make him stronger!!! (P.S., he's kind of brain-dead, so he should have lots of battle fury.)

You dont think this would beat spidey. Try it sometime. Any spidey will do. This beats spidey in most cases. As for the Battle FUry I was thinking about it only becuase he wouldnt get taxied. Not becuase of the prevention from mind control. Which he can be.

I could see this Lizard beating Spiderman. One good b/c/f and Spidey is in trouble.

You could drop the starting defense and give him invulnerability or Impervious. I always thought Lizard should get one or two clicks of either.

No way is he that resistant to injury.....

A heroclick of spiderman has 2 damage.
Spiderman cannot hurt the Lizard.
Lizard shrugs off damage of 2.

Easily have to agree with what JayThor said. He is not even close to that resistant to damage.

Personally, I've never seen him hurt. But I've not read as many comics as you, I'm sure. The invulnerable idea probably came from my inner Lizard fan who wants impervious and 4 damage with a 12 attack.:classic:
