I received a phone call last night that the Xplosion boosters I ordered had come in. Unfortunately, I couldn't get 20 like I originally wanted because he only received 17. So, I took all 17. I just finished opening them all and I got ABSOLUTELY NO UNIQUES! I expected 3, or at the very least 2, but 0??? So far out of 19 boosters (I purchased 2 on Thursday and got none either) I really am starting to wonder what is going on with Wizkids collating system. This is ridiculous. Anybody else have this kind of problem?

Boosters are shipped in cases. In every case of 48, there are 8 Uniques. You could pull 40 boosters from one case and get no Uniques! (and boy, wouldn't that bite)

Its bound to happen. Especially when we all hear about people buying 4 or 5 boosters from the convention and receiving two or three uniques. I feel your pain, I really do :)

I would disagree with you on that I purchased and along with my friend a case each for clobberin time, with 48 packs each in a case a total of 96 packs, we each recieved 14 uniques, 7 for me and 7 for him. So, I would have to say that yes there random but with 48 packs and only 96 figures in a set, your more then likely to get a good amount of figures, actually to be technical, I actually alomst got a complete set, aside from two nons and 5 uniques, Not too bad, as for my friend same with the uniques but he still needed 5 nons, still good odds.

it is random i got a case of xplosin and pulled 11 uniques out of it 6 diffent one and a few doubles like 3 lady deathstrike

Either someone rifled your boosters... or you simply had very bad luck. I've bought eight boosters so far. Four uniques. All from the same case.

I got a case and got 8 uniques. Two were dupes (weapon X and Green Goblin)

:p i bought 2 boosters for two uniques green goblin and shadow cat but back in clobberin time i got 1 unique for 10 boosters.

I couldn't wait for my case to come in, so I bought 20 boosters on Wed.
And didn't get a unique.

I got 8 in my case, but nothing from the boosters.
The boosters were from a store that I fully trust, and they were from a fresh case.
In my case, one unique was on the top row. The other 7 were on the third row.

So yes. It's possible to buy that many and not get a unique.
The uniques should be more scattered through the case.

BTW, the shop owner said a guy came in after I left and got 7 uniques from 10 boosters.
He hit the hot spot in the case.
I'm never that lucky.

same thing here it all depends on your luck sometimes I buy 8 boosters I don't get anything good and sometimes I just buy 3 and all of em are Uniques.

well, I bought three boosters today and got three uniques!!!! best luck Ive had ever. CT was terrible and in my case of XP there were only 4 uniques.

Out of 6 Clobberin' Time boosters, I did not pull a single unique, I've only had the chance to buy one Xplosion Booster for one Shadowcat Unique.

I gotta agree that "the hot spot"exists.I bought the 3rd row down on a fresh cracked case yesterday and out of the 12 pulled-SPIDERMAN/DEATHBIRD/PHOENIX/and HULK.I was stoked for me and feelin bad for anybody else buying out of that case.My buddies and I invest in a case and then "draft" figs from there-our logic being everybody gets something good.Eveycase the majority of good stuff is on the bottom.

Don't feel bad, I bought 28 boosters from one place and only to get one Unique. The store that I bought it from was only opening one box at a time so in a way I bought half a case. I have a box of 48 still coming and I hope that I have some uniques in there.

Bad luck, simple as that. You want uniques 100% of the time, buy a case. This gripe is so old, it's not even funny.

You roll the dice, YOU pay for it. Don't blame Wizkids.

S'all luck. I've bought 8 boosters from 1 store in my area-no Uniques. Bought 9 boosters from a different store-got 2 (and the store owner opened 2 for the store and got 1 Unique :) )

I have bought 58 boosters this time around off the rack.
I have 6 uniques for my trouble. I totaly feel your pain.
I'm trying to buy by the case from now on.
